How the promoter model works: who pays for what

We provide the management layer only. Any promoters, runners or merchandisers are hired and paid on your payroll, not ours. We operate them day to day, set targets and beat plans, track attendance and GPS, and report performance. The third-party tools that power this, attendance, GPS and field-force apps, are subscribed on your account; we set them up and run them. In short: you own the people and the tools, we own the outcome, better and bigger purchase orders, a compliant planogram and a shelf that is actually full.
