Cancellations & Refunds.
When an order can be cancelled and when fees are or are not refundable.
Effective date: 21 June 2026. This Cancellations & Refunds Policy forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Overview
This Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and when fees may or may not be refunded. By engaging Zane for any service, you agree to this Policy. We may enter into separate Custom Agreements with some clients; those are supplementary and do not override this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation window
A cancellation request will only be considered if it is made within three (3) to five (5) days of placing the order, and only where no invoice has yet been generated and the order has not yet been communicated to or actioned with any third party (such as a marketplace, platform or vendor).
Non-refundable fees
Once an invoice has been raised and paid, all fees are non-refundable across all service categories, including but not limited to onboarding, account management, marketing, SEO, performance and web development services.
Scope of our role
Our role involves facilitation, coordination and communication with third-party platforms and vendors. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the decisions, timelines or outcomes of those third parties. The non-availability of a refund is not affected by any third-party decision or outcome, except as expressly stated below.
Reporting issues
Any concern or issue with a service must be reported to us within three (3) to five (5) days from the date the service is initiated. Issues reported after this window will not be eligible for review.
Rare exception
By way of rare exception, a partial refund of up to eighty percent (80%) of the relevant fees may be considered only where onboarding remains impossible for a continuous period exceeding ninety (90) days solely due to documented restrictions imposed by the third-party platform, and not due to any act, omission or information attributable to you.
Processing of approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within nine (9) to fifteen (15) business days using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Finality
All determinations made by Zane regarding cancellations and refunds are final, conclusive and binding.

Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.
