By accessing, browsing or using this website, by submitting any form, by requesting or booking a meeting, or by engaging us for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services. We use a broad and evolving set of analytics, advertising, attribution and measurement tools, and we may add, remove, replace, customise or reconfigure these tools at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes consent to the tools in use at that time.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, as well as analytics, performance and advertising cookies that help us understand usage and measure and serve marketing. Some of these are set by third parties (for example analytics and advertising providers) who may combine this data with information they already hold.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how the website functions. Where required by applicable law, we will seek your consent for non-essential cookies; otherwise, by continuing to use the site you consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies.
The cookies we use fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary / essential (session): required to operate the site, authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use and provide the features you request. Without these, services you have asked for cannot be provided.
- Notice-acceptance (persistent): remember whether you have accepted our use of cookies on the website.
- Functionality (persistent): remember the choices and preferences you make so we can offer you a more personal experience and you do not have to re-enter them.
- Analytics and advertising (session and persistent, first- and third-party): help us measure usage and performance, and serve and measure marketing, as described above. Some are set by third parties who may combine this data with information they already hold.

By providing information and using the website, you consent to the processing described in this Policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We may share your information with:
- Service providers and processors who support our operations, including website hosting and cloud infrastructure, customer relationship management (CRM), spreadsheets and productivity tools, email and communication tools, analytics and advertising platforms, calendar and video-meeting tools (including Google Calendar and Google Meet), and payment processors (including Razorpay and Stripe). We may change these providers at any time.

Some advertising and analytics partners may act as independent controllers of data they collect through their tools; their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Third-party platforms and links
Our website and services may link to, or operate alongside, third-party websites, marketplaces and platforms that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, practices, availability, decisions or privacy policies of any third party. Any interaction you have with a third party is at your own risk and governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
International data transfers
We operate from India and may store and process personal data in India and in other countries through our tools and service providers. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country. We intend our practices to be consistent with applicable data protection requirements, including the DPDP Act, the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable laws worldwide, in each case to the extent they apply to you. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the website and providing your data, you consent to such transfers to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Data retention
We retain personal data for a minimum of thirty-six (36) months from your last interaction with us, and we may retain it for longer where we consider it necessary for our legitimate business purposes or where retention is required or permitted by law (for example, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations). After this period, we may continue to retain your data unless and until you submit a valid deletion request, which we will honour subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
Your rights
Subject to, and to the extent granted by, the law that applies to you, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or completion; request erasure; withdraw consent; nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (under the DPDP Act); and, under certain laws, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. We will respond to valid, verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer (below). We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline or charge for requests that are unfounded, excessive or repetitive, or where an exemption applies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own devices, accounts and credentials secure, and you share information with us at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
