Top Marketplace Onboarding Agencies in India
Going live is easy. Going live correctly is the work.
- Onboarding decisions echo for years. Category mapping, brand registry and listing structure are far harder to fix after launch than before.
- The real test of an onboarding agency is what happens after go-live. Ask who runs the account in month two.
- Approval-rate and speed claims are self-reported. Ask for the assumptions behind them and for references in your category.
Most marketplace problems that surface in month six were created in week one. The wrong category mapping, a rushed brand registry, listings built without keyword research, GST details that do not match the bank account. Onboarding looks like paperwork, and that is exactly why brands underinvest in it. The agencies below exist because getting live correctly on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or Nykaa is a real discipline.
A note on how this list was built. We researched each agency through its own website, public directories and search results, in July 2026. Descriptions reflect what these firms publicly claim about themselves, and where a number is their own claim we say so. Our own agency sits first and we disclose that. Nobody paid for placement, and beyond the first entry the order is not a ranking.
1. Zane Marketing
Full disclosure: Zane Marketing is our own house, so weigh this entry with that bias in mind. We put it first because it is the model we believe in, not because a jury decided it.
Zane treats onboarding as the first month of operations, not a handoff. Amazon Onboarding here means account setup, brand registry, category approvals and a keyword-researched catalog built by the same in-house operators who will run the account afterwards, and the same approach applies to Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and the quick commerce platforms. The team handles end-to-end onboarding and ongoing operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and offline retail. Because launch and operations are one team, setup decisions are made for the account you will run in year two, not for a go-live screenshot.

How to choose
Onboarding agencies are cheap to hire and expensive to hire badly. A few filters separate the operators from the form-fillers.
- Ask what happens in month two. If the engagement ends at go-live, every setup shortcut becomes your problem. Prefer partners who run accounts, not just open them.
- Check platform depth, not platform count. A logo wall of sixty marketplaces means little. Ask how many brands they took live on the specific platform you care about, in your category.
- Interrogate the claims. Approval rates and brand counts are self-reported. Ask for two references you can call.
- Look at a catalog they built. Titles, bullets, backend keywords and images tell you in five minutes whether they build for search or for screenshots.
- Confirm you own everything. Seller account credentials, brand registry and listings must sit in your name from day one. No exceptions.
The honest summary is that onboarding is a solved problem for anyone diligent, and a trap for anyone rushed. Pick the partner who talks about your month six before your day one.
