How to choose
Most bad agency outcomes were visible in the first meeting, if you knew what to ask. Use these filters.
- Meet the delivery team. Ask to speak with the person who will actually run your account, not the founder who sells it.
- Ask for the cadence. A real operation has a fixed weekly rhythm: account health review, inventory check, ads review, catalogue audit. Vague answers here predict vague months later.
- Check the ops depth. Ask how they handle a suspended listing, a stranded FBA shipment, or a buy box loss. Marketing-first agencies go quiet on these.
