Stable Money opens Series C at a 264 million dollar value
The fixed income platform has raised again within six months, at a valuation 56 percent higher, entirely from investors already on the cap table.
- 14.3 million dollars, about Rs 136 crore, in the first tranche of a Series C.
- Fundamentum led with 7.8 million dollars; Peak XV, RTP Global and Z47 followed on.
- Valuation of 264 million dollars, up 56 percent from February's 175 million.
- Second raise of 2026, following a 25 million dollar round in February.
Stable Money has begun a Series C round, raising 14.3 million dollars, roughly Rs 136 crore, entirely from existing investors. The Fundamentum Partnership led with 7.8 million dollars, with Peak XV Partners putting in Rs 22 crore and RTP Global and Z47 around Rs 20 crore each.
The round values the company at 264 million dollars, about Rs 2,507 crore, a 56 percent increase on the 175 million dollar valuation set in February. That February round was itself 25 million dollars, making this the second raise of 2026. Founders hold 29.04 percent after the round.
The platform lets users compare and invest in fixed deposits, bonds through Stable Bonds, and other fixed income products across multiple banks. FY25 operating revenue was Rs 4.3 crore against gross revenue of Rs 104 crore, with losses of Rs 44.8 crore, up 3.5 times.
An entirely inside round is worth reading carefully. It signals conviction from people who already know the numbers, and it avoids the price discovery that a new lead would force. Both things are true at once, and which one dominates usually becomes clear at the next round rather than this one.
