Nobel Hygiene files DRHP: Rs 150 Cr fresh issue plus OFS

Nobel Hygiene has filed its draft red herring prospectus. The issue has a fresh component of Rs 150 Cr plus an offer for sale of up to 1.55 crore equity shares. Quadria Capital leads the OFS with 95.7 lakh shares, followed by Sixth Sense Ventures at 50 lakh shares. Bennett Trading and individual shareholders are also selling.

Note the stage. A DRHP is a draft filing. There is no approval yet, no price band and no listing date. Treat it as intent, not as a priced IPO.

The FY26 numbers. Revenue from operations was Rs 846.75 Cr, up 14.6%. EBITDA was Rs 84.76 Cr, up 29.3%. Net profit was Rs 18.91 Cr against Rs 2.28 Cr a year earlier. EBITDA margin improved to 10.01% from 8.87%. Profit grew far faster than revenue, which means margin did the work here, not volume.

Distribution beats recall in these categories

The company makes absorbent hygiene products across adult, baby and feminine hygiene, under Friends, B-Fit, Teddyy, Snuggy and RIO. Two of those categories behave differently from most consumer goods. Adult incontinence and feminine hygiene are discreet purchases, and substitution at the shelf is high. A shopper who cannot find the brand quietly takes the pack next to it and rarely comes back to check.

So availability is the growth lever, not advertising. For any operator in the same space, the weekly numbers that matter are in stock rate by pin code on quick commerce, the share of category searches that return your SKU in the first four tiles, and how many pack sizes each store actually carries. Quick commerce matters more in these categories than its share of the market suggests, because a discreet purchase and a ten minute delivery fit together neatly. Fix presence first. Spend on brand after the shelf is covered.
