This looks like a government and infrastructure story. It is not only that.
Geospatial data is the layer sitting under every serviceability decision in Indian commerce. Which pincodes get a next day promise. Where a dark store goes, and what radius it can genuinely cover in thirty minutes. Whether a rider route is a straight line on a map or a flyover with no exit for two kilometres. Quick commerce runs on this. So does any seller who has been surprised by a return rate concentrated in one cluster of pincodes.
Most brands treat serviceability as something the platform decides for them. It is. But the platform decides it from data, and that data is getting sharper every year.
Practical step. Break your last quarter of orders down by pincode and read three columns together: order volume, RTO rate and average delivery time. Pincodes where all three go bad at once are usually a coverage problem, not a demand problem. That is a conversation to have with your channel manager before you cut ad spend in those areas.
