Cancellations & Refunds

Zane allows cancellations only if requested within 3-5 days of placing an order, but once an invoice is generated and paid, it is non-refundable. Orders that have already been processed or communicated to platforms cannot be canceled. Any concerns about service discrepancies must be reported within 3-5 days for review by Customer Service. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 9-15 days. All Zane Marketing services, including onboarding, marketplace management, performance marketing, SEO, website development, social media management, and creative creation, are strictly non-refundable once the invoice is paid, with any refund approvals at Zane’s sole discretion.
